Maintaining tradition and cultural roots, the Prospero family chose to produce their extra virgin olive oil in their home region of Abruzzi. The Prospero Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced at Casal Bordino, a farm located in the province of Chieti, which overlooks the Adriatic Sea. The exceptional olive oil is produced from a first cold pressing. The olive oil contains .06% Acidity Level, giving it a wonderful light and delicious taste.

Nudo e Crudo
The Cooperativa Ditrevi is a co-op located in central Umbria. Founded in 1962 by 16 local farmers, with the goal to maintain tradition and quality in all their extra virgin olive oils. All olives are hand picked within 24 hours and cold pressed to maintain a fresh powerful flavor. The Nudo e Crudo expresses fruit and fresh herb aroma, strong pepper flavor with an intense green color.

DOP
The Cooperativa Ditrevi in addition to the Nudo E Crudo produces the DOP extra virgin olive oil. The DOP holds the Denomination of Origin Protected cerification by the Parco Technologico dell’Umbria which guarantees that all olives are hand picked within the Assisi – Spoleto territory.
