For over twenty-five years, beginning with a farmstand, the Prospero family has occupied the site of our new winery and now we release our medium-bodied red wine named after the town that has been our home since 1968.

Prospero’s sparkling Spumante is made entirely from Muscat grapes grown in California. Sweet, fruity flavors are the trademark features of this traditional wine. Serve chilled with fruits and cheeses.
