Fhe Prospero Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from premium vineyards in the northern Alexander Valley region of Sonoma County. Harvested at peak ripeness and barrel-aged for 18 months in French and American oak, it provides a fullbodied wine, rich in cassis and berry aromas and flavor, capturing the true essence of this great viticultural region.
